The plot line started with insertion of bold color and bolder patterns in this Highlands home. The middle was making it all come together, for the grandeur to remain while somehow fitting the new energy of a new family. Familiar touches anchor the spaces, with punctuations of global ikat, modern heirlooms, and a newfound Frida. Custom elements are found throughout - seamless new stair handrails and playfully vibrant pillows. The freshness of each space allows for and encourages future growth. Unlike before, no material is too delicate and no room is off-limits. Each has a function. The renewed kitchen is ready for every vegan adventure. The airy, bright living room asks for yoga. And the cozy bedrooms are prepared for this growing family’s next chapter.
